1. Nature of the Platform
Finlura is a technology platform that provides software tools for Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), and their investors. The Platform is designed to facilitate portfolio tracking, analytics, reporting, and communication between advisors and their clients.
Finlura is not a mutual fund distributor, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or research analyst. We do not distribute, sell, or recommend any mutual fund schemes or financial products. The Platform is solely a technology tool that enables registered IFAs and MFDs to manage their existing advisory practice more efficiently.
2. Not Investment Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. Any information, data, analytics, projections, calculators, or reports provided on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only.
You should not make any investment decisions based solely on information displayed on the Platform. Always consult with your SEBI-registered investment advisor or qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
Finlura expressly disclaims any responsibility for investment decisions made by users of the Platform. All investment decisions are made at the user's own risk and discretion.
3. Regulatory Status
Finlura is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment advisor under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or as a portfolio manager under the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020, or as a research analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
IFAs and MFDs using the Platform are independently responsible for maintaining their own AMFI registration, ARN validity, EUIN compliance, and adherence to all applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations. Finlura does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the regulatory compliance of any IFA or MFD using the Platform.
4. Market Risks and Investment Risks
- Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of principal.
- Past performance of any mutual fund scheme does not guarantee or indicate future performance. Returns shown on the Platform are historical and may not be sustained in the future.
- Net Asset Value (NAV) of mutual fund schemes may go up or down depending on market conditions, factors, and forces affecting the securities markets.
- There is no assurance or guarantee that the objectives of any mutual fund scheme will be achieved.
- Investors are not being offered any guaranteed or assured returns under any mutual fund scheme.
- XIRR, CAGR, absolute returns, and other performance metrics displayed on the Platform are computed based on available data and may differ from official fund house calculations.
5. Scheme-Related Documents
Before making any investment in a mutual fund scheme, investors must carefully read the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the respective scheme. These documents contain important information about the scheme's investment objective, risk factors, asset allocation, fees, and other material details. These documents are available on the websites of the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and on the AMFI website at www.amfiindia.com.
6. AMFI Disclaimer

This is a standard disclaimer mandated by the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). All mutual fund schemes carry inherent risks, and investors should understand these risks before investing.
7. No Guarantee of Returns
Finlura does not guarantee any returns on investments. Any projections, estimates, goal trackers, or future value calculations displayed on the Platform are hypothetical in nature and are based on assumed rates of return that may not materialise. Actual returns may vary significantly from projected values.
Financial goal projections, SIP calculators, and retirement planning tools on the Platform use assumed growth rates and are provided solely for illustrative purposes. They should not be treated as a promise, forecast, or guarantee of future results.
8. Third-Party Data and Accuracy
The Platform displays data obtained from third-party sources including, but not limited to, Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) such as CAMS and KFintech, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), stock exchanges, and other data providers.
While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information displayed, Finlura does not warrant, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party data. NAV data, portfolio valuations, and transaction details may be subject to delays, errors, or discrepancies.
Users should verify all critical financial information, including portfolio valuations and transaction records, with official sources such as the AMC website, RTA portals (MyCams, KFintech), or the Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) issued by RTAs.
9. Tax Information
Capital gains reports, tax-loss harvesting suggestions, and other tax-related information displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as tax advice. Tax calculations are based on prevailing tax laws at the time of computation and may be subject to change. Users should consult a qualified tax professional or chartered accountant for advice specific to their tax situation. Finlura is not responsible for any errors in tax calculations or any tax liabilities arising from the use of tax-related features on the Platform.
10. Platform Availability
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the unavailability of the Platform, including but not limited to the inability to execute or modify mutual fund transactions during downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finlura, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, or any investment decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.
12. IFA and MFD Responsibility
IFAs and MFDs using the Platform are solely responsible for the advice and recommendations they provide to their clients. Finlura does not monitor, review, or endorse any advice given by IFAs to their investors through or outside the Platform. Investors should conduct their own due diligence on their advisor's credentials and the suitability of any investment recommendation.
13. Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
